Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ; Assault, Article 128, UCMJ; Indecent Recording, Article 120c, UCMJ; and Broadcasting of an Indecent Recording, Article 120c, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted another servicemember while she was intoxicated, sexually assaulted a civilian while she was intoxicated, physically assaulted another servicemember on two occasions, and recorded and distributed intimate images of a servicemember without their consent. The Airman First Class received an Under Other than Honorable Conditions (UOTHC) discharge in lieu of court martial in accordance with victims’ preference. 

Rape of a Child, Article 120b, UCMJ – An Airman First Class had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female. The Airman received a reprimand and was discharged from the Air Force with a general discharge due to victim nonparticipation. 

JANUARY

Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ; Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted a civilian by continuing sexual intercourse without her consent, and sexually assaulted a second civilian by continuing sexual intercourse without her consent. The Airman First Class was discharged from the Air Force with a general discharge due to victim nonparticipation.

Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ; Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class sexually assaulted a civilian without her consent and committed abusive sexual contact by touching the same civilian through her clothing without her consent. The Airman First Class was discharged from the Air Force with a general discharge due to victim nonparticipation.

Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman First Class committed abusive sexual contact by touching a servicemember through her clothing without her consent. The Airman First Class was discharged from the Air Force with a general discharge due to victim nonparticipation.

The Airman First Class was discharged from the Air Force with an Under Other than Honorable service characterization. 

JUNE

Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ  – A Senior Airman sexually assaulted victim by having sexual intercourse without her consent. The Senior Airman received administrative action in accordance with victim’s preference and was discharged from the Air Force with a General (Under Honorable Conditions) service characterization.
