100% Confidential Support
Malmstrom's Religious Support Teams – composed of Chaplains and Religious Affairs Airmen – are trained to support you through personal challenges. If you are feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, we provide a safe, 100% confidential space to talk and find direction.
Navigating Life's Challenges
Whether you are seeking guidance or simply need a listening ear, our Chaplains and Religious Affairs Airmen provide empathetic, non-judgmental support for a variety of situations:
- Faith & Sacraments: Chaplains are readily available to discuss matters of faith and explain the significance of religious rites, such as baptism
- Relationships & Family: From strengthening family bonds to pre-marital counseling, we help members address communication, conflict resolution, and major life transitions.
- Deployments: Serving months downrange or a week in the field often brings unique challenges to our service members and families. Our team understands the realities of deployment and can share proven strategies to help members and families navigate the separation.
- Decision-Making: We offer objective guidance to help you sort through complex issues and gain a clearer perspective.
- Grief & Crisis: In times of crisis, sudden loss, or unexpected hardship, please contact us immediately. Our team is ready to offer immediate support, words of encouragement, and a stabilizing presence when you need it most.
Look Out for Your Wingmen
If you know a friend or colleague in need of help, referring them to a Chaplain or Religious Affairs Airman is a powerful way to show you care.
