Sponsors can obtain a DVES pass via email for faster processing times. INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO NEEDING THE PASS.
1. Sponsor or guest will pre-enroll in DBIDS to obtain QR code/Alpha Numeric Code unique to visitor (ONE PER GUEST).
2. Sponsor will email the -
b) The QR code/Alpha Numeric Code (from Step 1)
c) FRONT AND BACK pictures of the visitors Real ID compliant identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport) to 341sfs.s5b@us.af.mil or in-person to the Visitor Control Center.
3. Visitor Control Center WILL CONDUCT a criminal history background check.
4.Visitor pass will be created and emailed to the sponsor.
- If the visitor does not have biometrics pre-loaded in their DBIDS profile, they will need to come into the visitor center to pick up their pass, for first time enrollment.
5. Visitor will present the visitor pass with their Real ID compliant identification to the gate guard for base access.
NOTE: Foreign Nationals requesting access onto installation will have to fill out a 'Foreign Visitor Request' from the Visitor Control Center, as DVES does not pertain to Foreign Nationals.
