The 341st Security Forces Group at Malmstrom is empowering their NCOs to lead their Airmen through a leader led program.
Previously, NCOs and their Airmen were in the same training together taught by squadron training sections, however, with the new leader led initiative, NCOs are being trained to train and lead their own Airmen.
