Construction crews work to remove debris from demolished housing units on Washington Circle, behind Lincoln Drive. These units, along with half of thos e on Lincoln Drive, are slated for replacement during Phase A of the sixth stage of the housing replacement project here. The remaining units on Lincoln Drive will be destroyed and replaced during Phase B.


Making room for improvements

Construction crews work to remove debris from demolished housing units on Washington Circle, behind Lincoln Drive. These units, along with half of thos e on Lincoln Drive, are slated for replacement during Phase A of the sixth stage of the housing replacement project here. The remaining units on Lincoln Drive will be destroyed and replaced during Phase B.
