MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- The 341st Missile Wing Public Affairs Office is hosting a media day June 18, 2026, to offer a unique look into the operations and Airmen who support the nation’s nuclear deterrence mission.

The event will include mission briefings, a guided tour of the missile maintenance launch facility trainer on base, and interview opportunities with security forces, maintainers, and missileers. A tour of an operational missile alert facility, including surface-level facilities and the launch control capsule, is also tentatively planned.
Key Details:
• Transportation will be provided onto base and to operational missile sites.
• Security Note: All attendees must be pre-vetted in advance. Some items may be restricted in sensitive areas such as the launch control capsule.
