MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  Representatives from the Air Force, Army Corps of Engineers and the state of Montana conduct the ceremonial first dig during the Weapons Generation Facility groundbreaking ceremony at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, March 9, 2024. The first dig represents the start of construction for the facility that will consolidate weapon maintenance, storage and training functions required to support intercontinental ballistic missile operations.
