MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- Malmstrom Air Force Base has lifted the base lockdown and has returned to FPCON Bravo as of 12:39 p.m, local. A suspicious person was reported on base as an active shooter. There were no confirmed shots fired and there are no casualties or injuries reported. There is no threat to the public at this time. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing. Additional details will be released as they become available.
