MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  A summary of the 341st Missile Wing's recent courts-martial and nonjudicial punishments: 15 October 2020 - 14 November 2020.

Non-Judicial Punishments

A Staff Sergeant from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Assault Consummated by Battery, Extramarital Sexual Conduct, and Unprofessional Relationship. The member received a reduction to Senior Airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,373.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Drunk Driving. The member received a suspended reduction to Airman First Class, forfeiture of $750.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days of extra duties, and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 341st Missile Security Operations Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. The member received suspended forfeiture of $1.253.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

An Airman First Class from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for the Wrongful Use of Marijuana. The member received a reduction to Airman Basic, suspended forfeiture of $866.00 pay per month for two months, suspended 45 days of extra duties, and a reprimand.

An Airman First Class from the 341st Munitions Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Wrongful Distribution and Possession of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. The member received a reduction to Airman Basic, suspended forfeiture of $866.00 pay per month for two months, suspended restriction to base for 60 days, and a reprimand.

An Airman First Class from the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Wrongful Use of Marijuana. The member received a reduction to Airman, a suspended reduction to Airman Basic, and a reprimand.

An Airman from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for Drunk Driving. The member received a reduction to Airman Basic, and a reprimand.
