MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- A summary of the 341st Missile Wing’s recent Courts-Martial and Non-Judicial Punishments: 15 April 2019 – 14 May 2019
Courts-Martial
A Senior Airman from 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron was court martialed at a General Court-Martial for possession, use, and distribution of psilocybin and other mind altering substances. The member was convicted and sentenced to 8 months confinement, reduction to Airman Basic, and a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
A First Lieutenant from 341st Security Forces Squadron was court martialed at a General Court-Martial for abusive sexual contact, fraternization, and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentlemen. The officer was convicted and sentenced to a dismissal.
Non-Judicial Punishments
A Staff Sergeant from 341st Force Support Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for assault. The member received reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, and a reprimand.
A Technical Sergeant from 341st Force Support Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for unprofessional relationships and maltreatment. The member received a suspended reduction to Staff Sergeant and a reprimand.
