Chief Master Sgt. Nicholas Taylor, 20th Air Force command chief, speaks to Airmen at an all-call during a visit to Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., Jan. 24, 2025. The 20th AF oversees the nation’s Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile force, which is structured into three combat missile wings and one air base wing, supported by over 12,000 Airmen.
