John Hyten, commander of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), speaks with Airman 1st Class Steven Navarro, 741st Maintenance Squadron vehicle and equipment section technician, in the maintenance bay at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., Jan. 16, 2018.
