Twentieth Air Force welcomes new commander

WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo.— The former director of the Logistics and Communications Directorate, Air Force Space Command, assumed command of the Twentieth Air Force Oct. 14 in a change-of-command ceremony at Argonne Parade Field here.
