The thread work was donated to the Quilts of Valor Foundation and will be provided to wounded servicemen and women. The Watsons own Big Sky Quilts in Great Falls, Mont., and donated most of the materials used to make the quilts. Mrs. Mcalpin and Mrs. Padgett volunteered to help sew them.
