Senior Airman Nathan Bentley, a computer support technician with the 341st Communications Squadron, works to install software on a wing staff agency computer July 13. The new policy for all Mission Support Group agencies and the wing staff agencies not located in building 500 who need computer support is to call the Network Control Center at 731-2622. If they are unable to assist the caller with their problem remotely, a remedy ticket will be issued and a technician will come to the caller's office to work on the computer.
