RED HORSE
After being painted blue with fairy wings by a local Mobility Squadron in Egypt, the horse statue was confiscated by the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron and returned to its original state in 1995. They placed it on the tallest dune they could find, and surrounded it by their equipment. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Cortney Hansen)
