HAZMAT
Airman 1st Class Zachary Torres, 341st Civil Engineer Squadron member, left, and Staff Sgt. Zachary Henry, 341st CES firefighter, set up security at the contamination site during the exercise. One of the objectives in the BDS Alert exercise was to properly isolate and secure the inner perimeter. Torres’ and Henry’s protective gear include respirators, rubber gloves and a level B suit, which is the highest level of respiratory protection necessary for a positive anthrax detection.
