Want to hang out with C.O.P.S? Published Feb. 25, 2009 By TJ Lombardi Chapel Youth Director MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- The C.O.P.S group I'm referring to is not made up of those who carry a gun, or wear a badge and bullet proof vest. They bear the title of "Christians," carry a two-edged sword and wear the armor of God. I'm TJ Lombardi and I have the pleasure of being the current Youth Director at Malmstrom AFB Chapel. I want to invite you to come join us and hang out on Sunday nights from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the chapel annex with our youth group. A special outing is planned March 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Aces High Bowling Center. The acronym "C.O.P.S" stands for "Christians Obediently Proclaiming Salvation." If you are a middle or high school student, we invite you to come and have a blast with us in this positive atmosphere. All of us need friends to encourage us or listen to our struggles. Who knows, maybe there is someone in C.O.P.S with the same issues you're facing.
