CDC Part-Day Enrichment Program The Child Development Center will start the Part-Day Enrichment Program on Sept. 3. They will offer two different sessions; one on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and the second on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Both classes are for children ages 3 to 5. The Enrichment Program will be held September through May at the Child Development Center located at 6201 Maple Street in Bldg. 4100. Build a Personal Career Plan Team Malmstrom members can build a personal career plan through the Kuder Assessment Career and Transition System. It is a comprehensive online resource to help plan for the future, learn about interests, skills and work values, and how to use those results to build a personal career plan designed specifically for the individual. Call for nominations The 341st Missile Wing Public Affairs Office is looking for nominations for this year's Veterans In Blue program, which showcases the portraits and accomplishments of our Airmen Veterans who have or continue to serve in the U.S. Air Force. Veteran Airmen are separated and retired officer and enlisted airmen who served in active duty, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserves. Their experiences can relate to acts of valor, mentorship, leadership, accomplishments or benefit of duty in the Air Force. Malmstrom's PA professionals will write the nominees' bios that will feature on the ViB exhibit, website and multimedia. ViB candidates must have a captivating story and communicate their contributions and/or the positive attributes of service while in the U.S. Air Force. Warrior Chef Competition Team Malmstrom members are invited to attend the quarterly Warrior Chef Competition, scheduled for today at Sun Plaza Park at 2 p.m. The competition recognizes and awards Malmstrom's culinary experts for their superior performance through competition, while building team cohesion and enhancing skills. Members competing are assigned to the 10th Missile Squadron, 12th Missile Squadron, 341st Force Support Squadron and the 819th RED HORSE Squadron. Air Force fitness program initiatives The following are fitness initiatives geared for Airmen and their family members at all levels of fitness: · Operational fitness program provides three levels of fitness conditioning for beginners, intermediate and advanced. SSN card, printout request changes Beginning June 24, 2013, the Social Security Administration has changed its policy for requesting a replacement Social Security Number card or printout. To receive either item, individuals must present proof of identity, age, and U.S. citizenship or lawful immigration status. These proving documents must be originals or copies certified by the issuing agency.
