Sore throat examinations now available at clinic

MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- Malmstrom Air Force Base Family Health Clinic and Pediatric department now offers walk-in sore throat examinations and test results notification.

Active duty members assigned to Malmstrom and their dependents may report without making an appointment. Team Malmstrom members may report if they are experiencing the following symptoms:

· No cough
· History of fever greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
· Tonsillar discharge
· Swollen and tender lymph nodes
Hours of walk-in service are from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Team Malmstrom members may also request test results during duty hours.
