The Air Force has a long-standing cultural tradition of taking care of its people. One way to accomplish this is to listen to and respond appropriately to what our people have to say. The way we provide food service within our institution is an important aspect of taking care of our Airmen and their families.

Soon, a random sample of 260,000 Airmen at various installations will receive an invitation to participate in a Food Services Assessment Survey. The survey is designed to understand community needs and obtain food operation feedback concerning all Air Force food and beverage operations, such as the dining facility, bowling center snack bar and club.

The survey was chartered by Air Force senior leaders to proactively assess the impact of Air Force Food Services on our Airmen and provides a sound basis for prioritization and resource allocation to meet customer food service needs and expectations.

The contractor, CFI Group, will conduct the survey on behalf of the Air Force. The survey is an opportunity for our Air Force community to give senior Air Force leaders an honest view of the food service being provided.

The survey invitation will be sent to Air Force email addresses, with the key audience being randomly selected active-duty Air Force and civilian members.
