Fitness Center The Base Fitness Center will be hosting a Halloween themed 5K run Oct. 30 starting at 7:15 a.m. The event is free and open to the community. For more information, call 731-3621 Library The base library will be celebrating Halloween Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. during story time. Children can come in costume and trick or treat at the library. Youth Center The Youth Center is hosting their annual fall festival for children Oct. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. Enjoy pumpkin decorating, carnival games, costume contests and prizes.
