17 Airmen receive non-judicial punishment in March

The following individuals received non-judicial punishment during the month of March: 

 An airman first class from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to airman with a reduction to airman basic suspended, forfeiture of $150 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 60 days and a reprimand for failing to obey an order to report, failing to obey an order to move out of a dorm room, failing to maintain registration and insurance and for being disrespectful to a NCO. 

 An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $100 for two months, restriction to the base for 14 days and a reprimand for failing to obey an order to not discuss an investigation. 

 An airman from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to airman basic for being incapacitated for duty by overindulgence of alcohol. 

 An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $100 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 14 days and a reprimand for misuse of a government credit card. 

 An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $150 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 30 days, 14 days extra duty and reprimand for striking another airman in the eye with a closed fist. 

 An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to airman with a reduction to airman basic suspended and restriction to the base for 30 days for failing to go to appointed place of duty on three occasions. 

 An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $100 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 14 days and a reprimand for failing to obey a no contact order. 

 An airman from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $150 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 30 days and a reprimand for smoking in the dormitory and providing alcohol to a minor. 

 A senior airman from the 341st Security Support Squadron received a reduction to airman first class for driving on the installation after privileges had been revoked. 

 Two airmen first class from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received suspended reductions to airman and reprimands for sleeping on post. 

 A master sergeant from the 341st Mission Support Squadron received a reduction to technical sergeant and suspended forfeiture of $500 pay for two months for failing to report to appointed place of duty, failing to obey an order by the commander and first sergeant to report into the commander, and for being disorderly on two occasions in the Life Skills Clinic. 

 An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a previously suspended reduction to airman for failing to go to appointed place of duty and failing to answer while on a six-ring telephone standby. 

 A senior airman from the 341 Missile Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman first class, forfeiture of $100 pay for two months and 30 days extra duty for failing to report to appointed place of duty on numerous occasions. 

 An airman first class from the 341st MMXS received a suspended reduction to airman, forfeiture of $200 pay for two months, restriction to the base for 30 days, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for providing alcohol to an underage person and for indecent assault. 

 An airman first class from the 341st Comptroller Squadron received a reduction to airman for driving while drunk. 

 An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to airman, suspended forfeiture of $500 pay and 30 days extra duty for drinking under the legal age. 

 A senior airman from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction to airman with a reduction to airman basic suspended, suspended forfeitures of $650 pay for two months and a reprimand for theft of property with a value of more than $500 and for driving on the installation while on a suspended license.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from airman to airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
