The Missoula Children's Theater Youth Performing Arts Camp will be held July 22 to 28 at Seeley Lake near Missoula, Mont. Participants must be 14 years old and not older than 18 years by July 1 and will be selected based on their application and audition VHS tape/DVD.

Air Force-level winners from the 2006 Family and Teen Talent Show (between ages 14 and 18) will be given priority. They should submit an application packet only. All others must submit a complete application packet and an audition tape/DVD. The camp is open to family members of active-duty military assigned to or living on an Air Force base, Air Force retired, Air Force civilian employees and active Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve.

HQ USAF/A1SP has funded camp registration, lodging, food and round-trip transportation from the participant's home to Missoula. The MCT travel management staff will arrange transportation for all participants. Campers will be lodged in eight-person cabins with a counselor; meals will be provided in the camp dining hall. Each camper must furnish his or her own bedding or sleeping bag.

Staff interested in chaperoning must submit an Adult Counselor Application.
If selected, the base is responsible for supplying orders, per diem for travel days and miscellaneous expenses; MCT will provide transportation, food and lodging. Staff must arrive in Missoula July 20 for orientation and training.

Any cancellations after July 1 will require reimbursement of the camp registration fee ($350) plus the cost of the pre-arranged travel to or from Missoula.
Applications and videos are due to the Youth Center staff by May 24. Call 731-4643 with questions.
