Malmstrom Military Justice Report Published Nov. 6, 2007 MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- The following individuals received non-judicial punishments during October. - A staff sergeant from the 341st Services Squadron received a reduction to the rank of senior airman, a suspended forfeiture of $1,031 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 60 days and a reprimand for driving while drunk, speeding and possessing an open alcohol container. - A staff sergeant from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of senior airman, a suspended forfeiture of $1,031 pay and a reprimand for violating a no-contact order. - A second lieutenant from the 564th Missile Squadron received a forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for illegally accessing a government computer and making a false official statement. - An airman first class from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman and 30 days extra duty for driving while drunk. - An airman first class from the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a suspended 15 days of extra duty for failure to go. - An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $650 pay per month for two months and 30 days extra duty for wrongful use of marijuana. NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
