The following individuals received non-judicial punishments during January 2008.

An airman from the 341st Comptroller Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $300 pay per month for two months, and restriction to base for 30 days for failing to maintain vehicle insurance, failing to remain at the scene of a vehicle accident, driving with a suspended driver's license and driving while drunk.

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months and 30 days of extra duty for making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months and 30 days of extra duty for making a false official statement.

A senior airman from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman first class, a suspended forfeiture of $890 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for damaging a sign, a fence and planters, and disorderly conduct.

An airman first class from the 341st Mission Support Group received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty.

A staff sergeant from the 490th Missile Squadron received a reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeiture of $1,062 pay per month for two months, 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand for failing to have leave properly processed prior to taking leave on numerous occasions.

A senior airman from the 341st MSFS received a forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months and 30 days of extra duty for signing a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman and 30 days of extra duty for driving in excess of the posted speed limit, passing another vehicle in a no passing zone and for failing to ensure all vehicle occupants properly used appropriate restraint devices while the vehicle was in motion.

An airman first class from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay for two months and restriction to base for 14 days for consuming alcohol within eight hours prior to duty and for consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

A senior airman from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman first class and 30 days of extra duty for driving while drunk.

An airman from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic for failing to obey a lawful order.

A senior airman from the 341st Mission Support Squadron received 21 days of extra duty and a reprimand for failing to turn in AF 1975, Fitness Improvement Logs.

An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman for failing to go to at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty.

An airman from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and restriction to the base for 14 days for consuming alcohol within eight hours prior to duty.

An airman first class from the 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman and forfeiture of $629 pay for failing to obey a lawful order.

An airman from the 341st LRS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic and a reprimand for failing to obey a lawful order.

An airman first class from the 341st Security Forces Group received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, restriction to base for 14 days, 14 days of extra duty and a reprimand for failing to keep his dormitory room clean.

An airman from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman and a reprimand for failing to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
