MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  
The following individuals received non-judicial punishments during April.

An Airman from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and 30 days of extra duty for wrongfully taking another airman's mail, dereliction of duty by contributing alcohol to a minor and making a false official statement to an investigator.

A senior airman from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman with reduction below airman first class suspended, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for attempting to impede an investigation, using disrespectful language toward two NCO's, disrespectful deportment toward two NCO's, and a DUI.

A senior airman from the 341st SFS received a forfeiture of $500 pay, restriction to base for 15 days and a reprimand for failing to go at the time prescribed to the place of duty and making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, a forfeiture of $75 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for a dereliction of duty by consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 30 days and a reprimand for failing to go at the time prescribed to the place of duty on two occasions and dereliction of duty by laying down while on post.

An airman first class from the 490the Missile Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty by not removing expired dairy products from a MAF kitchen refrigerator.

An airman basic from the 341st SFS received a forfeiture of $200 per month for two months for failing to obey a lawful order.

An airman basic from the 341st Logisitics Readiness Squadron received a forfeiture of $673 per month for two months with one month suspended, restriction to base for 45 days with 15 days suspended, 45 days of extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for presenting a false claim.

An airman from the 341st SFS received a forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months for dereliction of duty by wearing incorrect rank.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
