Cruisin' the Summer promotion started June 2
The annual Cruisin' the Summer promotion offering a chance to win a 4-Wheeler started June 2. Earn stamps with every $5 purchase at Aces High Bowling Center, Arts and Crafts, Outdoor Recreation and the Grizzly Bend Club. Fill the card with stamps and drop it into the container located in each participating facility. The grand prize - a Yamaha Big Bear 4-Wheeler - will be given away at the base picnic in August.

Get help preparing for college
Collete 101 and Online Tuition Assistance classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Learn what you need to know to achieve higher education. Topics covered include choosing the right school, types of degrees, CLEP/DANTES exams, Community College of the Air Force degree, paying for college, how to apply for TA online through the Air Force Portal and more. This class is required for anyone using TA for the first time. No appointment is necessary. For more information, call 731-3531.

Lunch service suspended
Lunch service at the Grizzly Bend Club has been temporarily suspended. Those wishing to host a special event should contact the caterer or club manager.

Summer hours implemented at Thrift Store
The Thrift and Consignment Store started summer hours. The store will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays only through June. The store will be closed in July. For more information, call 731-3213.

Training classes scheduled
Wing Safety will conduct Supervisor Safety Training June 10 and 19 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. in the Wing Conference Room, building 500. Call Walter Heath at 731-6724 with any questions.

Red Dawg Classic golf tournament nears
The 2008 Red Dawg Classic golf tournament is June 12 at Eagle Falls Golf Course. The four-person scramble has an 8 a.m. show time with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Cost is $42 for regular users; $35 for cybercard holders and $16 for season pass holders. The costs include green fees, lunch and tournament memorabilia. Tops In Blue set to return
Tops In Blue, the Air Force's premier entertainment troupe, will be in Great Falls for one show June 15 at the Four Seasons Arena. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. The show is free and open to the public.

Briefing for Airmen coming June 17
The Air Force Right/Informed Decision briefing is held every third Tuesday of the month from 8 a.m. to noon at the Education Center. The next briefing is June 17. This briefing is intended for all first and second term Airmen within 15 months of separation. The briefing covers Air Force benefits along with options on what is available to Airmen. Volunteers needed for Relay for Life
Volunteers are needed to help set up and tear down for the upcoming Relay for Life, a fundraising event to fight cancer. Set up begins at 1 p.m. June 27 and tear down starts at 8 a.m. June 28. For more information or to volunteer, call Tech. Sgt. Jason Berger at 731-4055.

Rainbow girls always accepting new members
The International Order of Rainbow Girls is a youth organization for girls ages 7 to 16. It teaches leadership, service to the community, patriotism and respect for all people. The Rainbow Girls meet twice each month and girls plan and decide on service projects, fun activities, social events and fundraisers. Adult supervisors are present to help the girls wrok as a team to organize and plan events.
