An airman first class from the 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron received five days of extra duty for a dereliction of duty on two occasions by not maintaining the yard at the member's residence.

A first lieutenant from the 490th Missile Squadron received a forfeiture of $1,676 pay per month for two months, with forfeitures in excess of $838 pay per month for two months suspended, and a reprimand for being incapacitated for duty due to overindulgence of intoxicating liquor.

A senior airman from the 341st Maintenance Operations Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman first class and a forfeiture of $894 pay per month for two months for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

An airman from the 341st LRS received a reduction to airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $673 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

A senior airman from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 60 days and a reprimand for larceny of government property.

A senior airman from the 12th MS received a reduction to airman first class, a suspended forfeiture of $843 pay per month for two months, and 10 days of extra duty, suspended, for contributing alcohol to a minor.

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to airman for sleeping on post.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to airman for failing to go to the appointed place of duty and being incapacitated for duty due to overindulgence of intoxicating liquor.

A staff sergeant from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to senior airman for sleeping on post.

An airman from the 819th RED HORSE Squadron received a forfeiture of $352 pay for failing to go to the appointed place of duty.

An airman from the 341st LRS received a suspended reduction to airman basic, 20 days of extra duty, and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty on two occasions, leaving the place of duty and failing to obey a lawful order.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from airman to airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
