MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- Drowning Pool to sign autographs
The band Drowning Pool will be in the base exchange at 1p.m. Nov. 15 for photo opportunities and to sign autographs. This event is sponsored by the Culture of Responsible Choices, which reminds Airmen to be proud of the career choice they made and the importance of responsible decision making.

Active-duty flu shots available
Flu shots for active-duty military will be available Nov. 14, 17, 19, 21 and 24 from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the clinic in the Chief Schaub Room.

Spouse's Club to host auction
The Malmstrom Spouse's Club will host the 20th Annual Mercantile Auction Nov. 15 at the Grizzly Bend Club. Viewing and hors d'oeuvres begins at 5 p.m.; the auction will begin at 6 p.m. For more information, e-mail malmstromspousesclub08@yahoo.com.

Commissary Hours for Thanksgiving
The commissary will be open Nov. 24 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed Nov. 27 and 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

November is Warrior Care Month
Warrior Care Month increases awareness of programs and resources available to wounded, ill and injured service members, their families and those who care about them. WCM also reinforces service members' trust in DoD's commitment to their well-being. New on-line survey required prior to PHA
Military personnel are now required to complete an on-line survey prior to their annual preventive health assessment appointment. The survey is located on the Air Force Portal.
1. Click the "Life/Career" tab
2. Select "Health"
3. Look for AF Web-Based Health Assessment
To make a PHA appointment, call 731-4633. Servicemembers on PRP must go through their unit deployment manager and unit schedulers.

AFAS offers education grant
The Air Force Aid Society is offering a $2,000 college education grant to qualifying Air Force family members through the Gen. Henry H. Arnold Education Grant Program. All military spouses who applied at Malmstrom last year received a grant. For more information, go to www.afas.org.
