The following individuals received non-judicial punishment during the month of December:

A captain from the 12th Missile Squadron received a forfeiture of $1,500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for dereliction of duty by not following procedure when handling classified material and conduct unbecoming an officer for collaborating with a lieutenant to direct a non-commissioned officer to cover up the mishandling of classified material.

A senior airman from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman with reduction below airman first class suspended, a suspended forfeiture of $754 pay per month for two months and 45 days of extra duty for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time, dereliction of duty by not answering the phone while on six-ring standby, disobeying two lawful orders and for being drunk on duty.

An airman first class from the 341st CES received a reduction to the rank of airman, a suspended forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months and 45 days of extra duty for disrespecting a superior commissioned officer.

An airman first class from the 341st CES received a reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand for adultery.

An airman first class from the 341st CES received a reduction to the rank of airman, a suspended forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and 45 days of extra duty for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

An airman first class from the 341st CES received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, a forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months and 45 days of extra duty for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

A senior airman from the 341st Force Support Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, a suspended forfeiture of $673 pay, 45 days restriction to base and 45 days of extra duty for making unauthorized purchases with their government travel card.

An airman first class from the 341st FSS received a reduction to the rank of airman, a suspended forfeiture of $754 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to base and 30 days of extra duty for absenting themselves from their place of duty for five days.

An airman from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, restriction to base for 14 days and five days of extra duty for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time, disobeying a lawful order, dereliction of duty by not answering the phone while on six-ring standby and making a false official statement.

An airman from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time on two occasions.

A senior airman from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, a forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for disorderly conduct.

A senior airman from the 341st SFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, a suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for disorderly conduct.

An airman first class from the 341st SFS received a reprimand for having a civilian guest in their dormitory room during unauthorized hours and for disorderly conduct.

An airman from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a forfeiture of $300, suspended restriction to base for four days, suspended four days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go and being intoxicated prior to reporting for duty.

An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman and a forfeiture of $352 pay, for failing to complete Fitness Improvement Activity Logs.

An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, a forfeiture of $100 pay, restriction to base for three days and a reprimand for consuming alcohol while on six-ring standby.

An airman from the 819th RED HORSE Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, a suspended forfeiture of $673 pay per month for two months, 15 days restriction to base and 15 days of extra duty for minor in possession of alcohol, and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
