Chaplain (Col.) Brett Oxman, United States Strategic Command chaplain, visited Airmen at Malmstrom Jan. 12 to 14 on behalf of General Kevin Chilton, USSTRATCOM commander.

The rabbi toured the 341st Security Forces Group tactical response force, the Detour, 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron, a missile alert facility, and other locations during his trip.

"General Chilton sent me here to see how everyone is doing," Chaplain Oxman said. "I want everyone to know General Chilton and Air Force senior leadership care about their people and their lives. The mission is not just about missiles, but the people who operate, maintain and secure them."

Last year, Chaplain Oxman visited more than 30 installations and assets assigned to USSTRATCOM, including nuclear submarines, radar sites and missile alert facilities to meet with Soldiers, Marines, Sailors and Airmen.
