MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  The following individuals received non-judicial punishments in January:

An airman first class from the 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction to the grade of airman suspended, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time and for being drunk on duty.

An airman from the 341st Medical Operations Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time.

A technical sergeant from the 341st Medical Support Squadron received a reduction to the rank of staff sergeant and a reprimand for disobeying an order from a superior commissioned officer and making false official statements.

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, forfeiture of $500 pay, and 20 days extra duty, with extra duty in excess of 10 days suspended, for assault and disorderly conduct.

An airman from the 341st MMXS received reduction to the rank of airman basic and 10 days extra duty for four specifications of failure to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time.

A staff sergeant from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for failure to report a Personnel Reliability Program violation.

A senior airman from the 341st MSFS received a forfeiture of $150 pay and 30 days extra duty for being absent without leave.

A senior airman from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman first class suspended, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, and 30 days extra duty for being absent from place of duty without authority and failing to obey a lawful order.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman and forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months for minor in possession of alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

An airman basic from the 341st MSFS received 45 days restriction to base and 45 days extra duty for failing to go to the appointed place of duty at the prescribed time and two specifications of disrespect toward a superior non-commissioned officer.

An airman first class from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months suspended and a reprimand for sleeping on post.

An airman first class from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months with the portion in excess of $250 pay per month for one month suspended, 15 days restriction to base, and a reprimand for adultery and making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months with the portion in excess of $200 pay per month for one month suspended, restriction to base for 45 days and a reprimand for signing a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months suspended, and a reprimand for contributing alcohol to minors and for disorderly conduct.

A senior airman from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman first class, forfeiture of $500 pay suspended, 15 days restriction to the base suspended, 30 days extra duty with the excess of 15 days suspended and a reprimand for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

A airman from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic suspended, forfeiture of $93 pay, restriction to base for 30 days with the portion in excess of two days suspended, 30 days extra duty with the portion in excess of two days suspended, and a reprimand for failure to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty.

A captain from the 819th RED HORSE Squadron received a forfeiture of $2,272 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for wrongfully displaying pornography on a government computer and negligently damaging government property.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
