The following individuals received non-judicial punishments during February:

An airman from the 341st Comptroller Contracting Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for dereliction of duties by willfully failing to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

An airman first class from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman for failure to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty and for being disrespectful in language toward a superior non-commissioned officer.

An airman first class from the 341st CES received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman and 45 days extra duty, with 20 of those days suspended, for failure to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty.

An airman from the 341st CES received a forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months for two specifications of failure to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty, dereliction of duty and failure to obey a lawful order.

A senior airman from the 341st Medical Operations Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for driving under the influence of alcohol.

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 10 days extra duty with five days suspended and a reprimand for dereliction of duty.

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and 30 days extra duty for dereliction of duty by willfully failing to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and for being disorderly.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months and 30 days extra duty for failure to obey a lawful general regulation.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the rank of airman for sleeping on post.

An airman first class from the 341st Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 45 days and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana.

An airman from the 341st SFS received a forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months for failure to go at the time prescribed to the appointed place of duty on three occasions and failure to obey a lawful order.

An Airman from the 341st SFS received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for sleeping on post.

A staff sergeant from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeiture of $250 pay with $200 suspended, and 14 days extra duty with seven days suspended and a reprimand for making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeitures of $100 pay per month for two months, five days restriction to the base, five days extra duty and a reprimand for willfully failing to refrain from consuming alcohol while on six-ring standby.

An airman first class from the 741st MSFS received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $500 pay with $100 suspended, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for willfully failing to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

An airman basic from the 819th RED HORSE Squadron received forfeitures of $326.00 pay per month for two months for failure to obey a lawful order.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
