Volunteer Apprecation Week
Milt Feltch, president of the Montana Retiree's Council, looks over some new guidance in the council's office at the Malmstrom Clinic. Mr. Feltch, who is also a retired colonel, has been active with the council for three years and continues to serve because he likes to help the retirees.
