OG change of command, retirement ceremonies outlined The change of command ceremony for the 341st Operations Group takes place May 20, 10 a.m., at the 3-Bay Hangar. A retirement ceremony for the 341st OG Commander, Col. David Durgan, takes place May 21, 9:30 a.m., Grizzly Bend Club. All members of Team Malmstrom are invited to attend these ceremonies. AFSA monthly meeting planned The Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 1156 monthly meeting takes place May 20, 1:30 p.m., Grizzly Bend Club basement meeting room. Discussion includes planning upcoming events, fundraisers, community projects and legislative issues. Being in AFSA is an enlisted person's opportunity to learn more about retirement benefits, being involved in military activities and learning about protecting Air Force quality-of-life initiatives. Garage sale information Garage sales on Malmstrom may be held the first and third Saturdays of the month from May through September. Advertisement by poster may be placed at the sale site only. Base housing water restrictions Water restrictions are in effect and will be enforced through Sept. 30. Water lawns using the odd/even house number format. Odd numbered houses water on odd days of the month and even numbered houses water on even days of the month. ASIST training takes place in June Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, or ASIST, will take place June 11 and 12.
