Additional road closures, construction advisories given Published Sept. 10, 2009 By 341st Missile Wing Public Affairs Office MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- The 341st Civil Engineer Squadron has announced several additional road and parking lot closures to facilitate ongoing construction projects on the installation. The following are the most recent announcements: * The building 3080 parking area and part of Perimeter Road from Goddard to building 3080 will be closed through Sept. 25 to repair and re-asphalt the pavement. Access will be maintained at all times. The most restricted case will be one lane with flaggers. * There will be a road closure on 73rd Street between Goddard and Flightline drives through Sept. 15 for continued installation of the high temperature hot water piping to the dormitory complex. * The intersection of Gumwood and Maple streets will be closed Sept. 16-29 in order to perform curb and gutter work and repaving of the intersection. Plum Street will be the alternate route during the closure. * Maple Street from the north side of Ironwood Street to the north side of Hickory Street will be closed Sept. 16-29 in order to perform curb and gutter work and repave the asphalt in the work area. * The parking lot between building 581 and the dormitories, as well as the parking lot by building 473 along Flightline Drive will be closed Sept. 19 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to repaint the parking lot markings.
