MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  The following individuals received non-judicial punishment in September:

An airman first class from the 341st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to airman, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for going from the appointed place of duty.

An airman from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to airman basic, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go to the appointed place of duty and making a false official statement.

A senior airman from the 741st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman first class, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand for disorderly conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the Air Force.

A technical sergeant from the 341st Force Support Squadron received a suspended reduction to staff sergeant, forfeitures of $1,414 per month for two months with one month suspended, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongfully striking an individual.

A senior airman from the 741st MSFS received a reduction to airman with reduction below airman first class suspended, forfeitures of $100 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct of a nature to bring discredit to the armed forces.

An airman first class from the 341st FSS received a reduction to airman, suspended forfeitures of $784 pay, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to follow base housing procedures.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman basic and forfeitures of $150 pay, seven days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty for failing to answer the phone while on six-ring standby.

An airman from the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $699 pay for two months with one month suspended, 60 days restriction and a reprimand for unlawfully striking three individuals and disorderly conduct.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to the grade of airman, 10 days restriction to base, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty and making a false official statement.

An airman first class from the 341st Security Forces Group received a reduction to airman, forfeitures of $100 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty by consuming alcohol while on six-ring standby.

A senior airman from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to airman first class for willfully disobeying a lawful order from a noncommissioned officer and disrespect toward a noncommissioned officer.

An airman first class from the 341st MSFS received a suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeitures of $326 pay, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order, being disrespectful towards a noncommissioned officer and dereliction of duty for bringing a personal cell phone into the weapon storage area.

A staff sergeant from the 341st MSFS received a reduction to senior airman, forfeiture of $1,063 pay per month for two months, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongful use of a controlled substance.

NOTE: Punishments may vary from Airman to Airman. When deciding on an appropriate level of punishment, commanders take into consideration the member's oral and written presentation, the member's duty performance and past history of misconduct, the need for good order and discipline, and the nature and circumstances of the offenses.
