Malmstrom's Airman and Family Readiness Center is requesting help from spouses in completing the on-line Support and Resiliency Inventory survey.

This short inventory takes about 15 minutes to complete, providing spouses with a personal profile that evaluates the individual's strengths and areas that could be improved upon. With that information, the AFRC will be able to formulate more effective and beneficial programs.

"We ask a lot of different questions to find out what the needs of the community are," said Jamie-Lynn Smith, 341st Force Support Squadron community readiness technician. "The survey basically gives us insight about what programs are efficient and how spouses are connecting with the environment here."

Each person who takes the survey will be the only one with access and will need to print the profile upon completion in order to have it for their personal records.

To complete the assessment:

1. visit https://sri-s.communitiesinblue.org/
2. Login with the following 10-digit ticket code: S04501X001
3. Follow the directions to complete the inventory
4. Print your individual profile
5. Exit the Web site by closing the browser

Once exiting the Web site, the profile can no longer be accessed.

The survey asks for demographic information, however responses will remain anonymous. The Support and Resiliency Inventory survey must be complete by Jan. 13, 2010.
