Free skiing offered at Big Sky Resort
Big Sky Resort is hosting their annual Military Appreciation Weekend Dec. 18-20. Free skiing for active-duty military, Reserve and retirees is offered when presenting a military ID card. Spouses and family members will receive a 50 percent discount on lift tickets. Children 10 and younger ski free with a paying adult. 9 Pin No-Tap Tourney
The Aces High Bowling Center will be holding a 9 Pin No-Tap Tournament Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. Cost is $15 per person and someone could win a gift certificate for a month's free membership to Planet Beach. Call 731-2695 for more information.

Catholic holiday worship services outlined
Reconciliation service and confession will take place Dec. 19 following the Saturday Vigil Mass which starts at 6 p.m. Join in for caroling at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 24 prior to the Christmas Eve Mass which starts at 5 p.m. Christmas Day services will be held at 9:30 a.m. For more information, call the Catholic community coordinator at 731-4235.

Protestant holiday worship services outlined
There will be a Unity Christmas Protestant Service Dec. 20 at the base chapel. A potluck will be held at noon with the service starting at 1:30 p.m. A Christmas Eve Service Dec. 24 will start at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary. Call 731-3721 for more information.

Blood drive slated Dec. 22
The next American Red Cross blood drive is Dec. 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Fitness Center. Call 727-2212 to make an appointment or sign up online at www.givelife.org, sponsor code "airforce."

Trash removal changes for holiday
Base housing residents will have trash picked up on Saturdays, Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 versus the normal Friday pick-ups, due to the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Questions should be addressed to Greg McMahon at 731-6540.

Malmstrom Tax Center Volunteers
The legal office is looking for volunteers to work at the tax center for tax season 2010. Volunteers are needed for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. If you want to volunteer to prepare income taxes, go to www.wix.com/341mwja/341mw for more information.

Records management out-processing requirements
Before out processing can be completed, official e-mails must be stored in Outlook or PST folders must be transferred to the squadron records custodian for proper filing and disposition. You must also verify that you don't have any personal files or folders on the 10-day share drive or any other drive that your squadron may use. This applies to all personnel. When beginning your out processing, call Eileen Gallagher, base records manager, at 731-2266.
