Air Force Global Strike Command's 341st Medical Group is offering a new automated message service, AudioNOTES, to ensure patients receive results from their provider(s) in a timely and reliable fashion.

Beneficiaries will have access to a personal secure voice mailbox on the AudioNOTES system. The provider will use the mailbox to leave important message(s), such as normal lab and X-ray results, reminders for cholesterol and diabetic care, and any instructions he/she feels are important to the patient. Beneficiaries can check their voice mailbox 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For those who forget to call in and listen to their message(s), they will receive an automated call reminding them there are unplayed message(s) in their personal voice mailbox.
