Malmstrom Clinic schedule changes
The clinic will be closed Aug. 26 for readiness training and the 341st Missile Wing annual picnic. For appointments, please call 731-4MED(4633).

Thrift Store summer hours announced
Through the months of June, July and August the Thrift Store will only be open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Consignment and donations are still needed and welcomed. Unwanted items should be taken to building 581 - off Goddard Drive.

Malmstrom Commissary to be closed for Labor Day
The Malmstrom Commissary will be closed Sept. 5 and 6 in observance of Labor Day. It will re-open Sept. 7 at 7 a.m.

Volunteers needed for Walk for Autism
NorthCentral Montana Autism Society of America is having their annual "Walk for Autism" scheduled for noon Saturday Sept. 10., at the Gibson Park. Those interested in volunteering are encouraged to attend the last meeting scheduled for Sept. 6 at 5:30 p.m., at the Quality Life Concepts Building. There will be food, beverages and information about autism available to the public at the walk. For more information contact Sandi at 452-9531.

Volunteers and riders needed for Pedal for the Medal
Pedal for the Medal cycling event to benefit Special Olympics Montana is scheduled to take place Sept. 10 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will start and finish at Gore Hill near the Great Falls International Airport. Riders will have a choice of 25, 50 and 100-mile routes. Those interested in volunteering or riding in the event can get all the details at www.somt.org.

Volunteers needed for upcoming AWANA Year
The Chapel is planning to start the Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed program Sept. 14 and volunteers are needed to help work it. Volunteers will be asked to assist with opening, closing, workbook time, game time and bible time each day from 6 to 7:30 p.m. For more information or to sign up to volunteer, contact Beth Fasting at 731-3258.

TeamsĀ needed for Walk to end Alzheimer's
The Walk to End Alzheimer's event is scheduled to take place Sunday Sept. 18. People interested in signing up a team for the event should visit www.alv.org and follow the Montana link to Great Falls or pick up a packet at the Great Falls Farmers Market Information booth Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. till noon. Top 3 offering scholarships
The Big Sky Top 3 is awarding two college scholarships this quarter - one to an Airman and one to an NCO. Applicants are to submit a two page essay (double spaced, original work) relating to the United States Air Force's core values by Sept. 30. Entries should be sent to justin.lanes@malmstrom.af.mil.
