THE WINNING RECIPE:

Stuffed Pork Chops
(one serving) Ingredients:
  • 1 thick pork chop
  • 1/2 cup - sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - goat cheese
  • 12-15 chopped basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp - olive oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together stuffing ingredients
2. Slice open the pork chop, creating a pouch for the stuffing
3. Place stuffing into pouch of pork chop
4. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil into heated frying pan
5. Cook for five minutes, on medium heat, on each side of the pork chop; or until golden brown
6. Bake pork chops for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Farenheit
