Retiree activities office looking for director
The Malmstrom retiree activities office and retirees council are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as the council and retiree activity director. This volunteer position is the liaison between active-duty elements at Malmstrom and serves all military retirees, spouses, widows, widowers and their families. The retiree council provides the retirees and surviving spouses with the opportunity to participate in programs and sharing of information in the areas of health care, benefits and activities. In addition, the director will provide Malmstrom command structure with insight into the problems, concerns and needs of the retiree community. Help needed for annual food drive
The Boy Scouts of America Montana Council is asking for volunteers to help with their Annual Food Drive March 24 and 31. Volunteers are needed for distributing donation bags, collecting donations and with the sorting of donations at the Great Falls Community Food Bank. RAD Class being offered
A Rape Aggression Defense class is being offered by Malmstrom's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response office on April 6 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no cost to participate and each class member will receive training and RAD Basic student manuals. Big Sky Top 3 offering class
The Big Sky Top 3 members are offering a professional development class to all front-line supervisors and non-commissioned officers entitled "The NCO and the Law," March 19 and 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a one-session class being offered twice. It will be held in the First Term Airman Center's classroom, room 101, at the Education and Training Center. For more information or to sign up, call Master Sgt. Spring carnival slated at Loy
Loy Elementary is hosting a carnival, April 13 from 5:30 to 8 pm. Wear red, white, and blue to celebrate the theme: "All American Game Night." It will feature tons of games, food and fun. Pre-sale tickets are on sale at the school from March 14-22. They can also be purchased at the door on the night of the event. Tickets are good for all games and food.

Chapel services scheduled
Some services have been scheduled at the base chapel for the upcoming Lent and Easter season. Among the services will be:
· A Maundy Thursday Seder meal is slated for April 5 at 6 p.m.
· A Protestant Good Friday service is scheduled for April 6 at noon.
· A Protestant Easter sunrise service is scheduled for April 8 at 6:45 a.m., followed by a breakfast.
