Clinic scheduling changes Published June 21, 2012 By 341st Medical Group MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- The 341st Medical Group prides itself on providing excellent care to all beneficiaries. Unfortunately, this summer the base clinic will be without a few providers due to the permanent change of station cycle. Because of the shortage, 341st MDG personnel are working on adapting their scheduling process. All active-duty members will be seen on base and, if calling for appointments, will be scheduled for same-day appointments if available. All dependents will need to call the appointment line. If they need to be seen the same day, they will be given access to seek urgent care downtown. If a dependent needs to schedule a follow up with a provider on base they will need to call the appointment line and leave a message with the family practice nurse who will call back within 72 hours to discuss medical options and appointment availability.
