William Smith Career Assistance Advisor MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- A John Maxwell Seminar will teach the basic principles of being a leader, the all-important Five Levels of Leadership, and provide practices and principles that can be applied instantly to improve leadership skills. Students will learn many skills, including how to: Build trust through personal integrity. Prioritize. Create positive change and understand the process involved. Develop people. Incorporate crucial problem solving techniques. Articulate visions and goals for their organization. Become character-driven versus being emotion-driven. This class takes place Nov. 15 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Education Center in Room 101. The class size is limited to 25, so it is first come first served. Members attending are required to register by going to https://afkm.wpafb.af.mil/Malmstrom. Once there: Agree to the user agreement.
