A summary of the 341st Missile Wing’s recent Courts-Martial and Non-Judicial Punishments: 15 March 2019 – 14 April 2019

Courts-Martial

An Airman First Class from 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron pled guilty at a Special Court Martial to one charge each of distribution, manufacture, use, and possession of a controlled substance. The member was sentenced to 9 months of confinement, reduction to Airman Basic, forfeitures of two-thirds pay and allowances for 9 months, a Bad Conduct Discharge, and a reprimand.

Non-Judicial Punishments

A Senior Airman from 819th Red Horse Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for dereliction of duty. The member received a suspended reduction to Airman First Class, restriction to base for 60 days, and a reprimand.

An Airman First Class from 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for dereliction of duty. The member received a suspended reduction to Airman, forfeiture of $350 pay, and a reprimand.

An Airman First Class from 841st Missile Security Forces Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for failure to go. The member received a suspended reduction to Airman, a suspended forfeiture of $942 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from 841st Missile Security Forces Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for physically controlling a vehicle while drunk. The member was reduced to Airman First Class with a suspended reduction to Airman, a suspended forfeiture of $942 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A Staff Sergeant from 341st Operation Support Squadron received Non-Judicial Punishment for false official statement and failure to pay a debt. The member received a suspended forfeiture of $1,000 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand.
