MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. -- Have you ever wondered who’s behind the scenes of any major function or event at Malmstrom Air Force Base? Or who helps influence the way our wing carries out the United States Strategic Command mission? Typically, a senior non-commissioned officer belonging to the Big Sky Top 3 Association is involved. As we rely on commanders and strategic leaders to determine which direction we are headed, we rely on SNCOs to keep the train headed down the tracks.
The vision of the Big Sky Top 3 is to provide leadership, mentorship, and networking amongst senior enlisted ranks, as well as current and future leaders within the enlisted force and company grade officer ranks. The vision is carried out by supporting induction ceremonies, enlisted educational scholarships, professional development of all enlisted ranks and CGOs, community involvement and other base-wide programs. The Big Sky Top 3 is open to all E-7 and above, to include master sergeant selects. The next meeting will be held Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. in Building 3080.
