Chief Master Sergeant MICHAEL G. BECKER

Chief Master Sergeant Michael G. Becker is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. He is the primary advisor to the commander on matters concerning the readiness, training, morale, health, welfare, effective utilization, and discipline for nearly 4,000 military members who support the nation’s nuclear surety objectives by operating, maintaining, and securing 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile launch facilities. The wing operates and maintains 15 missile alert facilities located in a 13,800 square-mile complex. 

Chief Becker was raised in a military family and lived in locations around the world until his enlistment in February 1999. He has held various leadership positions throughout his career at the flight, joint company, squadron, joint battalion, and MAJCOM levels. Chief Becker has deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and NEW DAWN in both direct combat and combat support roles. Prior to assuming his current position, Chief Becker served as the Chief Enlisted Manager for the Directorate of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection and Chief, USAFEAFAFRICA EOD, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
