9th Air Force leadership visits RED HORSE before deployments
U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Williams Rangel and members of the 819th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE) readiness section brief Maj. Gen. Scott J. Zobrist, 9th Air Force commander, and Chief Master Sgt. David W. Wade, 9th AF command chief, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont., Jan. 25, 2018. The readiness section is preparing approximately 180 RED HORSE Airmen for deployment this spring. During their visit, 9th AF leadership met with 819th RHS, base leaders and Airmen for a mission update and to thank them for their support to 9th AF and worldwide contributions, including upcoming deployments to U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Central Command.
